Overview
Infinitea is a tea brand whose name plays on infinity and tea, suggesting a ritual that never ends and a cup you always want to return to. Working as a team inside a Tehran advertising agency, we created the brand identity and packaging, then photographed the final product ourselves.
The Product
Infinitea's product is flowering tea: blooms that open and unfold in hot water. That shaped everything. The product is already a flower, so the brand and its packaging could grow from the same idea.
The Name
Infinitea merges "infinity" and "tea". The name carries a promise of endless refills, endless moments, and a loop that never closes. [Add a line on how the infinity idea shows up in the logo or wordmark.]
Two Concepts
Direction A: Estekan (Iranian tea glass)
This direction drew on the estekan, the small, waisted glass at the center of Iranian tea culture. It was a way to root the brand in a familiar, emblematic piece of local identity and everyday hospitality.
Direction B: The Flower (final)
This direction took its form from the flower inside the tea. The packaging silhouette echoes a blossom, so the box hints at what's inside and the product's transformation is part of the brand story from the first glance.
Why the Flower
The flower concept won because the product tells the story itself. It gave us a more distinctive shape on the shelf and a stronger link between name, product and package.
The estekan idea remained a strong cultural reference that we chose not to pursue for this launch.
Photography
After design, we photographed the packaging and the product to present the brand.
