Overview
BAGH is a fictional perfume house, and Chahar Bagh is its debut fragrance. The brand and the product were invented for this project, so I could explore a full campaign idea from concept to final film without a client brief. Everything you see, was developed by me.
The challenge
A fragrance is invisible, so the ad has to make you feel a scent in 18 seconds, with a Persian identity free of clichés and an AI film that stays consistent shot to shot.
The decision
Paradise comes from the Old Persian for "walled garden," so the idea became: we kept it in a drop. One continuous journey into the drop and back, with no voice-over.
Production
Every shot began as a locked still, was animated in short clips, and was unified with one grade. Type, logo and sound were added in post.
Iteration
Drops split, tiles shattered and the bottle kept changing. Each failure became a rule for the next shot.

Result
A 25-second film, a brand identity, a sound design and an animated cover.
Why it matters : A traditional shoot for this ad would need a crew, a set, VFX and weeks of work. This version was made by one person in a fraction of the time and cost. In real work, that means faster concepts, cheaper pitches and several directions in front of a client instead of one. AI makes the tools easier, but the idea, the taste and the editing decisions still make the work.
